The Topic Commissioner for this case was Advocate Keith Baker and he joins with the other Commissioners in thanking Advocate Cyman Davies, who specialises in trusts, for giving his services free of charge in acting as Topic Practitioner, charged with the task of keeping us in touch with the realities of day-to-day practice in this field, as well as giving much valuable general advice and assistance.
